BOSO GROUP · Nine divisions

The Divisions.

Nine industries. One owner. BOSO GROUP enters a market only when it can rebuild it from first principles — silicon to software, built in-house, owned outright, operated by its own teams. The divisions below are not a portfolio of bets. They are nine deliberate rebuilds, each running on the group's own infrastructure.

01

Semiconductors

Silicon for the post-GPU era.

BOSO Semiconductors is the group's chip organization, built from zero and kept entirely in-house: architecture, verification and bring-up under one roof, run by the group's own engineering team since the program launched in 2026. The flagship effort is a memory-first AI inference processor engineered for scale-out memory capacity — a design premise written for the post-GPU era rather than retrofitted onto hardware conceived for graphics. The industry keeps bending yesterday's silicon toward inference. We started from the workload instead, and are designing the processor it deserves. The program is in development.

02

Artificial Intelligence

Intelligence we own end to end.

BOSO AI exists because the group refused to rent its intelligence. The company develops proprietary foundation models and serves them on the group's own compute — private clusters the group built and operates itself. On that foundation sit two product lines. The first is a voice assistant family. The second is a full-stack AI second brain: an assistant that does not merely answer questions but runs entire projects end-to-end, from research through operations to execution. The models, the serving layer and the machines underneath all belong to the same owner. No rented revolutions.

03

Health & Devices

The body, read properly.

PulsePro is a family of sensing devices conceived as one system: a handheld scanner, a ring and an EEG headband, each feeding a single app and the group's own AI cloud. The hardware measures; the cloud interprets; the picture of your body compounds over time instead of scattering across apps. The category settled long ago for counting steps. PulsePro was built to read the body properly — and to keep what it learns inside an ecosystem the group controls end to end. Alongside it, PureOpti conducts applied vision research: work on how people see, pursued to be used.

04

Communications & Platforms

Own the address. Own the number. Own the name servers.

This division owns the three things everyone else rents: the address, the number and the name servers. xmail is AI email on a mail stack the group built itself — every message read, understood and organized by AI, behind a [email protected] address worth printing on a card. GoNumbers is the largest marketplace of memorable US business phone numbers: find the number people remember, buy it, port it, keep it. And topnic is the group's own DNS network — authoritative name servers operated as infrastructure, because a corporation that owns its platforms should answer for its own names.

05

Market Intelligence

The market, recorded minute by minute since 2013.

RealMarketCap treats market data the way the group treats everything else: collect it yourself, keep it, understand it. The company gathers live data from twelve exchanges and holds minute-level archives reaching back to 2013 — a record deep enough that its AI analysis works from history it owns rather than snapshots it bought. Most market research begins with someone else's feed and inherits someone else's blind spots. RealMarketCap begins at the exchange. The result is analysis grounded in thirteen years of minute-by-minute memory, produced by systems the group built for exactly this purpose.

06

Media & Social

Quiet by design.

The group builds and holds news and social ventures. They reach their audiences under their own names, and that is how it should stay: attention is a business best run quietly. We do not list the brands here, and we do not intend to. Serious enquiries reach the Office of the Group.

07

Broadcast

The work speaks on air.

Television and radio ventures, held and operated by the group. Broadcast rewards patience and discretion more than announcements, so the group offers neither names nor numbers here. The work speaks on air, where it belongs. For everything else, there is the Office of the Group.

08

Social Games & AgriTech

Social games rooted in the real world.

JUAFARM is a farm game played on real African land: your crops and animals really grow. The screen and the soil run on the same clock — tend the farm in the app, and the farm exists, season by season. Social gaming here is not an abstraction layered on a server; it is agriculture with an interface, built and operated the group’s way.

09

Travel & Hospitality

Private aviation, unlocked — and everything built around it.

EMPTYJET opens charter and empty-leg flights worldwide through its network of operators, and puts the market in an app on iOS and Android. JETUP flies on demand through AOC-certified operators, with aircraft matched to the route and a flight desk that answers around the clock. FIRSTSUITES curates the world's finest hotels and rates them on the group's own 7-star, two-axis standard. Trip&Fly runs a full-service travel desk from Sofia. And SPYCARD, part of the EMPTYJET family, arranges jets, yachts, villas and services. Five companies, one conviction: the top of the travel market deserved rebuilding, so the group rebuilt it.
